No – she did not ‘forget’ anything.
It is perfectly normal in civilised European countries to go topless, or nude, at beaches or certain parks and clubs.
It isn’t something to be tittered over like a toddler saying a naughty word.
And women are perfectly safe doing so… unlike in burqua-wearing countries, where the site of a woman leads the men to animal frenzy.
