because this road was street-viewed for the “Tour de France” and some people write things on the road before the race take place (they think it is readable on TV)
Most of the towns in France’s street views are along the Tour de France route(at least, originally). This is graffiti in support of a rider–which happens all along the route. I’m guessing the rider is from New Zealand?
