Look what happens down the end of Whitehall road: you can tell he parked up at the Cutting + welding supplies shop, bought a pair of pliers to adjust the cameras with, then left them on top as he pulled away up Whitehall road, turning left at the junction into Compton road. Somewhere around the junction the driver realises he can’t find the pliers any more and pulls over just after rounding the corner and gets them off the roof then carries on up Compton road. The other leg of Compton road (i.e. turning right at the top of whitehall road) with the chavs on it was filmed in a separate run, you can see the lighting’s all different.

Correction “…SHOUDLN’T have…” Illegality is not impossibility. ; )
Well this is interesting! I believe that said driver was ‘filling in’ as the pliers trip in Whitehall is at a different time to all the other streets (ref clouds, cars, parked vehicles, boys on telephone box, etc.). A similar view is offered on the side street off Sydney Rd to the west! Again @ Bank St (extension)
