While in other countries these vehicles are used to monitor traffic, here in Brazil, in addition to traffic radars, traffic monitoring cars only issue fines to vehicles. The result of this here in Brazil is yet another tax being applied to the population, and others disguised as supposed traffic violations – thus enriching corrupt politicians here 🙁
