  1. This is probably a problem with the camera’s shutter or the camera is configured incorrectly. Now, Google is using other second-hand cameras (not the 5th generation handheld one) in some vehicles in certain regions, and the result is proving to be the worst possible (I don’t know if that’s the case with this image).
