The luxury 4 star hotel Vaníček in Prague, Czech Republic can be seen in this Google Maps Street View photo from 2009. Everything is looking sort of ok. That was right around the time of a major financial crisis though, so…
Then what happened? Aparently the owner couldn’t pay some debt and it was soon taken over by squatters. This is what the place looked like 10 years later in 2019. What a shame. It had an interesting design.
