Interesting if it where, but it is a camera error. The same “lightning” can be seen in the previous image in the same spot.

Yeah, they should really get rid of this one, not even real. There’s no real storm clouds around.
Also there are police in the background? Wouldn’t they be inside in a storm?!?!
