This pic unfortunately goes to show the infrastructure of much of Romania, and other countries that are at a similar development level. Or a lower development level e.g. you can look at South Africa and see villages of man made shanty houses. Compared to the developed West, the difference is noticeable when exploring such countries on Street View, and fascinating to see. In the UK we complain about how much disruption there is because of a little snow. But it’s pretty cool how in Romania, roads (untarmacced) get flooded after a rainy spell and the Google driver just drives through the flood as if it’s nothing!
