Google crew eat at McDonalds. Again.

Another Indianapolis McDonald’s is visited by the Google crew. It’s incorrectly placed as being on N. Michigan Road. Moving North does magically jump the view onto the road but going South ends in the lot.

Sharp-eyed StreetViewFun users may notice the very short track just SW of this location. It’s also incorrectly placed as being taken on the I465 entrance ramp but the views are from the nearby new car dealership parking lot.

Perhaps a little car shopping was in order while eating lunch?

Catching offbeat images in Street View has become the subject of a blog devoted entirely to the subject.

The images, including a police officer pulling over a driver, car accidents or attractive joggers, are at https://www.streetviewfun.com/.

Indianapolis’ one appearance on the site comes when a Google camera catches a horse at a strange angle, making it appear as if it’s headless.

We actually currently have 2 images from Indianapolis and we have a few more coming up within a day or two.
