Google must have taken the images at completely different times, maybe as much as several months apart.
Update: According to a visitor the gas station was demolished (see comment below). So the first image is after the demolition and the second one is how the gas station used to look like. Thanks Steve.

Google removed the pee photo
The guy standing at the side of the road next to his bike looked like he was peeing. He wasn’t peeing as you could see from viewing the picture from different locations, but Google have now removed the picture from the Street view map. You can see the photo here at streetviewfun.com and some discussion about it.
