Google Maps Sea View released
Google today released Sea View images from coral reefs.
Today we’re adding the very first underwater panoramic images to Google Maps, the next step in our quest to provide people with the most comprehensive, accurate and usable map of the world. With these vibrant and stunning photos you don’t have to be a scuba diver—or even know how to swim—to explore and experience six of the ocean’s most incredible living coral reefs. (Google)
Google Maps StreetView images now available in Chile
Great news! Street View is now available in Chile. Only some parts of Chile is covered by Street View, but I’m sure there’s more coming soon. Santiago de Chile, Čile:
Google Maps Street View now available in Croatia!
This is Dubrovnik. StreetView images are also available from all over Croatia like Rovinj, Pula, Medolin, Split, Korcula and Valun.
