Helicopter view now available in Google Maps
Google have just announced a new feature on Google Maps. You can now fly to your destination in 3D when looking for directions. Try out the new helicopter view feature
New Street View images from Brazil
Google Maps have added new Street View images from the south of Brazil. Several new cities and areas were added: Curitiba, Florianópolis and Porto Alegre, and centers of the three major states, such as Cascavel, Londrina, Paranaguá and Ponta Grossa in Paraná Toledo, Bage, Pavement, Santa Maria and Santana do Livramento in Rio Grande do Sul and Joinville, Lages, Santa Cecilia and São Joaquim in Santa Catarina.

You may remember in 2009 there was another guy on Street View with a snake around his neck.
