You can see a kid on a bike ahead in front of the red truck. Move up ahead on the road in street view and watch the guy wipe out and stare at the google car as it goes by (thanks Aaron).

  1. I bet he did that on purpose, notice how he looks right at the Google car after falling rather then worrying about his fall.
