This biker apparently was guiding the google cam on a bike path in Monterey, California. If you step back a few steps you can see this guy in front of the cam on the road all the way up to the beach. The cam was most likely on a bike too.

Psychopath stalking the Google car
A kidnapper and psychopath is following the GOOGLE CAR ! This is Philipp Garrido’s house and van:
