The Silent Woman
The Silent Woman is on East Main Street in Columbus, Ohio. I told the owner of Third Avenue Auto that his headless woman could have worked there.

If you look at Third Avenue Auto’s site, you can see a photo of the pedal car the headless woman’s astride in the Streetview picture. I wrote them and asked they knew Streetview would be passing by and set that up, or if the lady was unwittingly ready for her cameo.
Update: A reply from the owner:

You may ask: Why was the whole road blocked like this?
The building on the left side was the former US embassy until 2008. The security measures were removed as soon as the embassy had completely moved to the Pariser Platz building in May 2008.
